Founded in 1981
Since being founded over 40 years ago Alpha Circuit has focused on being a true leader in the printed circuit board industry. In 2020, next generation family member Prashant Patel bought the company with a vision and determination to raise Alpha to the Highest-Level PCB tech center in the U.S.. Now with the opening of the new facility in Schaumburg that vision has been realized.

Nothing happens without the PCB. These intricate boards are made of non-conductive materials, such as fiberglass, and are layered with conductive copper pathways that connect various electronic components. Alpha Circuit provides all types and technologies of PCBs. Single-sided PCBs, with a single layer of conductive material, are the simplest and most cost-effective, typically used in low-complexity electronics like calculators and power supplies. PCB Manufacturing Capabilities

Our Elmhurst facility concentrates on metal-core (MCPCB), rigid and heavy copper rigid printed circuit boards. This includes multilayer PCB’s up to twelve layers and copper thickness up to 14oz.
Our technology center in Schaumburg is equipped to manufacture the most advanced printed circuit boards that include High Density Interconnects (HDI), RF Microwave, and PCB’s with stacked vias, fine line trace and spacing, and higher layer counts that exceed thirty layers.
Both facilities offer high-speed drill machines, direct metallization and imaging capabilities, vacuum lamination presses and the latest electrical test probe machines. Our technology center offers additional capabilities such as Laser drilling, conductive and non-conductive via fill, copper filled vias and the latest copper plating technology.
