Alpha Circuit is dedicated to providing you, our customer, with a reliable quality product.

Our Quality Management System is based on and certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards, with additional certifications to AS9100 Rev. D and IATF 16949:2016.

Alpha Circuit was one of the first PCB companies to invest in both AS9100 and IATF 16949 quality standards.  We understood early on that in order to compete in an ever-growing technology market, we would have to have the highest set of quality standards available in the markets we served.

 

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 is the base line for quality standards and recognized globally.  The current standard is based on a Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking, and insures that a company is customer focused with evidence-based decision-making.  Alpha Circuit was first certified ISO 9001 in the year 2007.

 

AS9100 Rev D

AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 are both part of the same certification.  AS9100 starts with the ISO 9001 standard and has additional standards that pertain specifically to the aviation, space and defense organizations.   Alpha Circuit was first certified AS9100 in the year 2014.

 

IATF 16949:2016

IATF 16949:2016 defines the criteria for an automotive-based QMS and concentrates on customer-specific requirements.  Alpha Circuit was first certified IATF 16949 in the year 2013.

 

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

(ITAR) establish controls regarding the export and import of defense-related items and services that appear on the United States Munitions List (USML). ITAR is meant to limit access to specific technologies and their associated data resources.

 

Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)

Certified with the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council (CMSDC) as defined by the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. (NMSDC) and as adopted by the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council.
